Here at XPO, we are thinkers and dreamers. We take our clients’ brand challenges and work with our creative team to dream up solutions that create engagements that drive impact at shelf.

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be part of the team that works on a brief from beginning to end. You’ll help us paint the picture of success through compelling proposals, and you’ll craft the plan that makes our dreams a reality through project and budget management.


We are a bunch of practical people, and our approach to campaign execution is hands on. From crafting the plan, through to bringing the vision to life, each project is different, and the path for making our dreams a reality is unique at every turn.

We execute all our campaigns in-house, which means our Campaign Managers are anything but pencil pushers. Our team is split into a few divisions to help us manage this, including our Creative team (Strategy through to design), Account Service & Project Management team (your team!), Talent Management (managing all our brand ambassador recruits), Warehousing (all things logistics); Digital team, Content Team (think photographers & videographers) and Operations/Finance team.

One day you could be planning a photo shoot; the next day you might be bumping-in a live event at 5am (yes, event life is an addictive reality). From managing briefs through our in-house studio’s, through to casting the perfect brand ambassadors for a sampling campaign… no day at XPO is the same.


We’d love to give you a detailed list of what your days might entail, but as each campaign is so different – that’s a hard ask! Instead, we can tell you that as a Campaign Manager, you get to own the process from ideation and pitch; through to execution and post campaign reporting. Our team love this approach, as it keeps variety in their day, and they have the pleasure of controlling the process from beginning to end, wearing many hats. After all… variety is the spice of life.

Think of yourself as Client Lead, Project Manager, Casting Director, Event Planner, Logistics Coordinator, Budget Queen (or King), and Data Analyst (for those post campaign reports). If you are seeking a role that gives you impeccable control, then you are going to love this gig.

We believe that it is our job to enable efficient processes that eliminate unnecessary admin tasks, giving our team more time to do what they love. That’s why we invest behind bespoke software that allows you to juggle your workload from client offices, our offices, or while your out and about. Our agency uses MateRiX – a state of the art project planning tool that gives you shared knowledge across the business to manage all moving parts of a job; and connects our agency to each other, our clients and our brand ambassadors at every turn.

We know agency life is hectic, and campaign management is always on the go. That’s why we have a variety of initiatives that keep allow us to connect as a team, or blow off steam!
