Further to our initial update on August 5 regarding unusual activity detected on our network, our team and external cybersecurity experts have been working diligently to remedy the situation. While their work continues, we now know that there was a cyber incident involving our servers. As we have learned more about the impact this may have had, we have been and will continue to be in contact with any affected clients.
While the company maintains system connectivity with some clients to support shipping activities, the information it has access to is limited to end customers’ names and physical shipping address in few instances. Our company does not have access to our clients’ end customers’ personal financial data or credit card information.
Our efforts to get back to normal operations continue. Our internal network is back online and secure and we are in the process of bringing other servers, networks and customer services back online. We are nearing the completion of the recovery and barring the unforeseen, expect to have fully completed these efforts within the next few days.
